Rachel Comey accepts returns on full-priced, unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
